- Our technicians remove the sump pump cover and check for debris, dirt, or blockages in the sump pit.
Pump Inspection:
- Perform A Water Test - Ensure pump activates and drains water efficiently
- Inspect Sump Pump - Ensure it is operable and void of noises, vibrations, failure
- Inspect Sump Liner(s) - Ensure liner is not cracked or blocked
- Inspect Check Valve - Ensure check valve is operable and not clogged
- Inspect All Ports - Inspect electrical connections for safety
- Inspect Exterior & Interior Discharge Lines - Ensure water flows freely
- Inspect Float Switch - Verify float moves freely to ensure it functions properly.
- Inspect Backup Battery for proper connection (if applicable)
- Inspect Voltage on Battery Backup (if applicable)

Pit Inspection, Maintenance & Cleaning:
- Our technicians remove the sump pump cover and remove any debris, dirt, or blockages in the sump pit.
Sump Pump Inspection, Maintenance & Cleaning:
- Perform A Water and Flush Test 5 pump cycles (mimics active water intrusion)
- Inspect & Thoroughly Clean Sump Pump - Unplug & Dismantle sump pump from discharge line, clean pump, inlet screen & impeller.
- Inspect & Clean Sump Liner(s) - Clean liner of sludge or build up
- Inspect Check Valve - Dismantle and clean valve
- Inspect & Clean Ports
- Inspect & Flush Exterior & Interior Discharge Lines - Check for leaks, cracks, or clogs and ensure the discharge line directs water safely away from your home’s foundation. Ensure water flows freely 5 pump cycles
- Inspect Float Switch - Verify float moves freely & remove blockages to ensure it functions properly.
- Inspect Backup Battery - Test battery backup to ensure it's fully charged and ready to perform during power outages. (if applicable)
- Inspect Voltage on Battery Backup (if applicable)
